At NO QUARTER we have students of all ages and fitness levels. The number one thing we want from you as students is to have fun and do your best! Do not be intimidated if you are a total novice. Just come and try a class! If you are a person coming to our gym with experience already in martial arts we encourage you to keep building your knowledge, health and fitness.

We do want to stress that at our gym we have a zero tolerance for violent, careless or dangerous students. Our aim is to provide a facility where students bring out the best in themselves both physically and mentally. How far you choose to develop yourself in our gym is up to you. Our job is to encourage you to push yourself to the limits you have for yourself. We like to think of NO QUARTER as a place where we respect each other and feel as though we can all be comfortable amongst mates.  (For the special below please use Twitter.
